I’m Thomas, a UESCA certified ultra-endurance coach, Air Force veteran, and long-time trail runner. I blend structured training with mindfulness and intention to help runners and athletes like you not only perform better—but feel more connected, more alive, and more in tune with the process. I do this work because I believe running can change your life—it changed mine.
